Physical Books (Hardcover & Paperback)

If your copy arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping. Change-of-mind cancellations are accepted any time before the order ships.

eBooks & Audiobooks

Because digital formats are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right — a working copy or a refund.

Before Payment Is Arranged

Submitting a purchase request through the site is not a final sale — it starts a conversation to arrange payment and delivery by email. You may cancel a pending request at any time before payment is completed, at no cost, simply by replying to our follow-up email.

How to Request a Refund
