• Reading data — your reading progress and saved quotes are stored only in your browser's local storage and are never sent to our servers unless you're logged in as a member.

How We Use It

We use your information to: provide access to member-only reading content; follow up on book purchase requests to arrange payment and delivery; respond to messages you send us; and, if you've subscribed, send occasional updates about new books or passages. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use a small, essential session cookie to keep you signed in as a member or as an administrator. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Your saved quotes and reading progress are stored locally in your browser and are not accessible to us unless you are signed in.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic methods. Admin and member sessions use signed, expiring cookies.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@devonjonah.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
