We want you to be glad you bought the book. Here's how refunds and cancellations work for each format.
If your copy arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping. Change-of-mind cancellations are accepted any time before the order ships.
Because digital formats are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us and we’ll make it right, a working copy or a refund.
Checkout is instant and self-service through our payment provider, Paystack. If you close the payment window or your card is declined before payment completes, no charge is made and no order is placed, there is nothing to cancel. You are only charged once payment succeeds, and your book or audiobook unlocks immediately after.
